Ingredients
- 125 g of rice noodles
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 teaspoons curry powder. soft
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk or broth
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 125 g pork roast or barbecued pre-roast, in thin strips
Instructions
- Put the noodles in a bowl, cover with hot water and soak some 20 minutes; drain well in a strainer. Cut the onion into eight wedges and separate the layers.
- Heat oil in a wok and saute the onion over a high heat during 1 minute. Put the curry powder and salt; add the noodles and stir to get imprinted.
- Add the peas, coconut milk and soy sauce, stirring it well. Cover the wok with a cover that fits, lower the heat to the minimum; cook for 3 minutes.
- Sauté the meat until it is made; let it heat up for 1 minute more. Serve as your own dish or appetizer.
Notes
- Prepare this dish just before serving. All types of dried rice noodles must be soaked before cooking; as a general rule, the weight of the dried noodles will double after soaking them. They just need a short cooking.
