  • 150 GR. cocoa powder
  • 150 GR. ground almonds
  • 150 GR. sugar
  • 100 GR. icing sugar (powder)
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  1. In a bowl mix the cocoa powder, almonds, sugar, salt and flour.
  2. Beat eggs and mix with the above.
  3. Form a ball with the dough and let rest in the fridge an hour.
  4. Then remove the dough as you are using and shape into balls with floured fingers (the balls should be the size of a walnut).
  5. Put them in the oven tray (paper cover aluminium or rag) and put the tray in the warmed oven to 200º.
  6. Stop 12 to 15 minutes (with care that do not burn, Depending on the oven left more or less time).
  7. Once out of the oven let cool and then sprinkle with icing sugar (with the help of a coldaor, for example)
