Ingredients
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 cups of sweet cream whipping
  • 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1 Tin of condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Blend the strawberries and place in a saucepan, heat to a boil, at least Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, past this time remove from heat and add the condensed milk and mix well.
  2. Hydrate the gelatin in cold water, whip the cream until it fit and is properly secured. Heat the gelatin and stir with a spoon until dissolved.
  3. Slowly pour the mixture of Strawberry whipped cream, incorporate with soft and enveloping movements so that the cream does not drop below. Now slowly pour the gelatin, incorporate well and place the foam in a sleeve for duya.
  4. Fill individual molds and refrigerate to serve.
