  • · 100 g. of olives (Olivas) Green.
  • · 1 Tablespoon butter (butter, margarine).
  • · A few lettuce leaves.
  • · 2 Tablespoons oil
  • · 1 Tablespoon vinegar
  • · Salt
  • · Parsley
  1. The first step that we have to do is rub the peppers with a little oil and then roast them. Remove the tails and seeds, proceed to cut them into quarters, in longitudinal direction.
  2. Then pour the tuna into a large pestle, Add the butter and mash it, until a homogeneous paste is formed. Then fill in each piece of pasta pepper of even.
  3. Proceed to wind it as to make a cannelloni and go by placing them in circles, on the serving dish.
  4. To culminate with this dish, put lettuce leaves in the center of the plate. Spread the olives and put some leaves of parsley in the Center, in a bowl mix the oil, the vinegar and a little salt, and spray it on hors d'oeuvres. Garnish if you like with tomatoes.
