- · 3 Peppers (Peppers) Red.
- · 250 g. tuna in pickled sauce
- · 100 g. of olives (Olivas) Green.
- · 1 Tablespoon butter (butter, margarine).
- · Some lettuce leaves.
- · 2 Tablespoons oil
- · 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- · Salt
- · Parsley
Instructions
- The first step that we have to do is rub the peppers with a little oil and then roast them. Remove the tails and seeds, proceed to cut them into quarters, in longitudinal direction.
- Then pour the tuna into a large pestle, Add the butter and mash it, until a homogeneous paste is formed. Then fill in each piece of pasta pepper of even.
- Proceed to wind it as to make a cannelloni and go by placing them in circles, on the serving dish.
- To culminate with this dish, put lettuce leaves in the center of the plate. Spread the olives and put some leaves of parsley in the Center, in a bowl mix the oil, the vinegar and a little salt, and spray it on hors d'oeuvres. Garnish if you like with tomatoes.
