Ingredients
  • 250 g Italian snail paste
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 3 green peppers
  • a handful of fresh basil
  • Salt
Sauce
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 yoghurt natural
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1,5 dl oil
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Put a pot on the fire with plenty of water and salt .
  2. When boiling, Add the pasta and let cook a few 15 minutes. Drain and refresh. Book in a large salad bowl.
  3. Meanwhile, washing mushrooms, cut them into slices and sprinkle them with lemon juice so they don't blacken.
  4. Peel and cut the onion into squares, tomatoes (without skin or nuggets) and green peppers.
  5. Add all these ingredients to the salad bowl and flavor with a handful of small chopped fresh basil.
To prepare the sauce
  1. Put an egg in a blender glass, Salt, Tablespoon mustard and oil,; Beat until the sauce is well emulsified.
  2. Add the yogurt and beat again. There will be a light and soft mayonnaise. Pour it into the salad.
