  • 1/2 Cup of water cold
  • 30 grams of unflavored gelatin
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 TSP. Salt
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 CDAS. lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups green rpollo, crumbled fine

  • 1/2 Cup green peppers sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced red peppers
  1. Put the water cold in large bowl. Stir the gelatin in the water. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 min. so tender.
