  • 30 GR of chestnuts chopped
  • 20 g of coriander
  • 60 cm3 of olive oil

  • 30 g of honey
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  1. STEP 1
  2. Sauté in butter prawns and scallops with chopped garlic. Salt and pepper and reserve.
