The fruit salad can be eaten at any time, especially at breakfast. It is also a recipe to take into account when making a diet.

Ingredients
- 600 Grams of fruit varied: banana, Watermelon, apple, papaya, strawberries, grapes, melon
- Cream milk or condensed milk
- Juice of one Orange
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Peel and cut the fruit into small cubes removing seeds. Some fruits, as the grapes, they can go clean and unpeeled.
- Place fruit chopped in a container. Add the Orange and lemon juices, to taste.
- Stir well and let macerate around 2 hours.
- Before serving, apply a small amount of cream milk or condensed milk.
- Can be served in ramekins or cups garnished with a few leaves of mint or zest of lemon peel.
