  • 150 g of brecol flowers
  • 2 sliced courgettes
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 100 g of round green beans, in halves
  • 1 cup of corn in frozen grain, Softened
  • 350g of couscous
  • 2 cup boiling vegetable broth
  • 30 g butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped lemon peel
  1. Cook vegetables in the microwave, steamed or in boiling water until tender; Re- serla.
  2. Put the couscous in a large bowl and soak it with the hot broth; Cover with clear plastic and let it absorb the broth for 3-4 minutes, Then add the butter, stir with a fork, add the cooked vegetables and parsley and stir all well.
  3. Put the other ingredients in a jar, screw on the lid and shake it well. Make the salad with this dressing, stir and serve.
