Ingredients
  • 3 cloves of garlic, fine chopped
  • 4 coriander roots. fine lyanes
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 400 g of hip or high beef tenderloin
  • 1 small lettuce, Tender
  • 200 cherry tomatoes g
  • 1 medium thin-skinned cucumber
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1/2 Cup (15 g) fresh coriander leaves
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of red chilli, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fine brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix chopped garlic and coriander roots, black pepper and 2 tablespoons oil. Ming in the mortar until you get a very fine mixture, or chop it in the shredder. Spread the mixture evenly over the meat.
  2. Heat the remaining oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan or a wok over a high heat. Add the steak and fry it a few 4 minutes for each face, giving it two turns. Remove the steak from the pan and let it cool.
  3. Meanwhile, wash the lettuce and shed it, cut the tomaatitos in half, cut the cucumber into pieces and chop the spring onions.
To prepare for the dressing
  1. Mix the fish sauce, moon juice, soy sauce, chopped red chilli and brown sugar in a small bowl. stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Cut the steak into thin Band-Aids. Put the lettuce in a serving dish and on top of the tomatoes, along with the cucumber, onions and band-aids. Spray everything with the dressing and chop on top the fresh coriander leaves. Serve it immediately.
