  • 200 GR. of boiled green beans
  • 200 GR. boiled carrots
  • 200 GR. boiled potatoes
  • 200 GR. of red apples
  • 1 can of yellow choclo grains
  • 2 cooked egg yolks
Ingredients to season
  • 250 GR. mayonnaise
  • 100 CC. orange juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tarragon teaspoon
  1. Place all the vegetables diced in dice boys in a bowl, sprinkle with white pepper.
  2. Aside beat the mayonnaise with the strained orange juice and tarragon, Salt, mix with the ingredients gently, place in a bowl, lettuce leaves and inside the seasoned vegetables, sprinkle with chopped hard-boiled egg yolks and white pepper.
