Mix the chilli sauce in a bowl, garlic, ginger and soy sauce; add the tofu, tape and marinelo 10 minutes.
Drain the tofu and set aside the marinade. Heat half the oil in a large frying pan and fry the tofu over a high heat 4 minutes, or until it catches a nice golden color everywhere; spin often. Take it out and set it back.
Heat the rest of the oil and saute the vegetables over a high heat 2-3 minutes. Put the tofu back on and water with the marinade reserved. Bring it to the boil, stirring carefully to mix everything well. Remove from heat and serve immediately
