Beans and cod salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 big baked bean pot,
120g of pepper green,
200 red pepper,
120g of onion,
2 small tomatoes diced,
1 small cooked beet,
300g of cod flaked and desalted.
For the vinaigrette they are the ingredients.
50g olive oil
20g of vinegar of modena
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Salsa balsamic of modena for the decoration.
PREPARATION:
Cut during 5 seconds to speed 4 the pepper Red, the green pepper and onion. Mix everything in a bowl next to the beans, the beet cut to dice and the tomato also cut to dice. Add the cod flaked.
In the glass pour the ingredients of the vinaigrette and mix during 5 seconds to speed 4. Then dress the salad with this mixture.
To serve, do it in a mold and decorate with modena balsamic sauce.
