Ingredients
  • 4 endives
  • medio vaso de nata liquida
  • 25 gramos de queso azul
  • 3 cucharadas de uvas pasas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Lava las endivias, cortalas por la mitad y cuecelas 2 minutos por cada lado en una sarten con la mantequilla derretida.Reservalas en caliente.
  2. Para preparar la salsa de queso vierte la nata en un cazo y calientala sin que llegue a hervir, retirala del fuego y salpimentala. Agrega el queso azul desmenuzado y remueve hasta que haya fundido.
  3. Sirve las endibias bañadas con la salsa y distribuye las uvas pasa por encima.
