  • 1 kg of green cucumbers, washed and sliced
  • 2 large white onions, in small
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 250g sugar
  • 1 o 2 white wine vinegar cups
  • 1 spoonful of mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  1. Mix in a cucumber bun, onion and salt; add water until you cover and let stand 2 hours.
  2. Pour in the sugar, vinegar, mustard seeds, turmeric and cayenne pepper in a large heavy-bottomed frying pan; cook over medium heat while stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add cucumbers and onion mixture; tape, turn down the heat and cook 10 minutes, Remo- watching from time to time until the cucumber is transparent. Remove.
  3. Cool 15 pour the mixture into sterilized, airtight jars. Do not consume until past 1 Week.
