  • 1 Black Eggplant and 1 Violet
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 2 round Zucchini
  • 2 leeks
  • Garlic
  • Fresh basil
  • 100 GR. sliced cheese
  • Arugula or Greens enough
  • 10 black bread with seeds
  • Olive oil quantity required
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Processed leaves of Basil with olive oil and 1 clove of garlic. Cut the Eggplant with skin, previously washed, sliced thin. Cook them on the grill with a few drops of olive oil and go to belie them with Basil oil. Wash leeks and grilled until tiernizar. Bouillon with Basil oil.
