Ingredients
  • 1 black eggplant and 1 violet
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 2 Round pumpkins
  • 2 leeks
  • Garlic
  • Fresh basil
  • 100 GR. of cheese in slices
  • Arugula or green leaves amount needed
  • 10 Black breads with seeds
  • Olive oil quantity needed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Process basil leaves with olive oil and 1 clove of garlic. Cut the eggplants with skin, previously washed, in thin sheets. Cook them on the grill with a few drops of olive oil and brush them with basil oil. Wash leeks and grill until tenderized. Flavor with basil oil.
  2. Do the same with pumpkins, The Morrón, onions, sliced. Salt and pepper and reserve. Process arugula leaves with garlic, olive oil, so that an arugula pesto remains.
