Ingredients
  • 1 kg. sweet potatoes
  • Mash of 4 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin (agar agar)
  • 1/2 litre of water
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 chaucha vanilla
Instructions
  1. Peel and boil potatoes in chunks, with 1/2 liter water and the chaucha vanilla. When tender, remove the chaucha vanilla and blend them with the cooking water, the mashed carrots and honey. Pour the mixture into a pan placed on the record of asbestos or heat diffuser so it won't burn, Cook on low heat. When it boils add the agar-agar dissolved in 1/4 Cup cold water, Cook, 5 more minutes and place in an English pudding mould, moistened or paper-wrapped aluminum. Allow to cool and remove from pan.
