  • 300 g of butter cookies
  • 80 g chocolate in block
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g of cocoa powder
  • 1 glass of kirsch liqueur (2 CL)
  1. Crumble cookies well with a roller on a smooth surface. Grate the chocolate and melt it Bain-Marie. Beat the butter with the sugar and egg until creamy.
  2. Add the chocolate syrup. the cocoa powder. kirsch and the dough butter cookies crumbs, mix well and form a rounded bar from one 5 cm in diameter. Wrap the dough in aluminum foil and leave in the refrigerator for 12 minimum hours.
  3. Cut the bar on disks of 1 cm. of thickness and wrap them carefully in thin gold foil.
