Ingredients
- 300 g butter biscuits
- 80 g chocolate block
- 100 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 glass of kirsch liqueur (2 CL)
Instructions
- Shred the cookies well with a rolling pin on a smooth surface. Grate the chocolate and melt it in a water bath. Beat the butter with the sugar and egg until you get a foamy dough.
- Add the liquid chocolate. cocoa powder. The Kirsch and the cookie crumbs with butter dough, Mix everything well and form a rounded bar of a few 5 cm in diameter. Wrap the dough in aluminum foil and leave in the refrigerator for 12 minimum hours.
- Cut the bar into discs 1 cm thick and carefully wrapped in thin gold paper.
Notes
- Instead of butter cookies you can also use ground corn flakes or sponge cake crumbs.
