  • 500 g flour
  • 30 g pressed yeast
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1/4 l of lukewarm milk
  • 60 g margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 g raw marzipan mass
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons of rum
  • 3 tablespoons of sliced almonds
For frying
  • 1 l oil or 1 kg of butter
  1. Sift the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the Center. Crumble the yeast into it and work with some sugar, milk and a little flour. Leave to ferment this previous mass 15 minutes.

  4. Let ferment others 15 minutes. Heat the oil to 175 degrees.
  5. Introducing doughnuts into groups of 4 o 5 in the hot oil and fry on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
