Taoist diet
TheTaoist dietEastern diet which argues that food should be consumed according to the season of the year is. To do so here I leave you a list of foods that do eat depending on the season in which we are, According to, Of course, Taoist diet.
Winter: Warm and invigorating foods such as red meats seasoned with spices, cereals, legumes, nuts, Peppers and pepper. Avoiding cold foods.
Spring: Warm food, light and easy to digest, i.e., the consumption of green vegetables and sprouts, sweet tastes but avoiding acids.
Summer: Eating fruits, vegetables and cereals. Easy-to-digest foods and little sweets.
Autumn: Food must be warm, meat and fish dishes and the coffee should be avoided, the peppers and alcohol. Nor is it good to abuse of fruits and raw vegetables.
Then I leave aTaoist diet combined we can use seven days.
DAY 1
Breakfast:
· 1 coffee or tea without sugar
· 2 toasted bread with butter
· 1 banana
The morning:
· Grapes
Food:
· 1 medium salad vegetables with olive oil, rougher and garlic
· 1 carrot juice
Snack:
· 1 apple
Dinner:
· 1 portion of fish steamed with Ginger Sauce
· 1 portion of sauteed mixed vegetables
· 1 vegetable salad
· 1 Cup of tea
DAY 2
Breakfast:
· 1 coffee or tea without sugar, 2 a handful of almonds and dried figs
The morning:
· Plums
Food:
· 1 plate of assorted fruits (grapes, Apples, pears and plums)
· 1 handful of walnuts
· 1 Cup of tea
Snack:
· 1 PEAR
Dinner:
· 1 Steak with pepper
· 1 portion of sauteed mixed vegetables
· 1 small salad of vegetables
· 1 Cup of tea
DAY 3
Breakfast:
· 1 freshly squeezed orange juice and 1 grapefruit
The morning:
· 1 apple
Food:
· 1 cooked chicken breast
· 1 portion of steamed mixed vegetables
· Small salad of vegetables
· 1 handful of almonds
Snack:
· Grapes to taste
Dinner:
· 1 medium salad vegetables with olive oil, lemon and garlic
· 1 handful of walnuts
· 1 carrot juice
DAY 4
Breakfast:
· 1 glass of milk
· 1 plate of assorted fruits (grapes, Apples, pears and plums)
The morning:
· 1 PEAR
Food:
· 1 handful of almonds and drinking carrot juice
Snack:
· Plums to taste
Dinner:
· 1 portion of brown rice with parsley
· 1 portion of sauteed mixed vegetables
· 1 tea
DAY 5
Breakfast:
· 1 coffee or tea
· 2 figs
· 1 banana
The morning:
· 1 apple
Food:
· 1 fruit plate varied (grapes, Apples, pears and plums)
· 1 carrot juice
Snack:
· 1 PEAR
Dinner:
· 1 portion of shrimp sautéed with garlic and ginger
· 1 portion of broccoli stir-fry with sesame seeds
· 1 small salad of vegetables
· 1 tea
DAY 6 and 7
During the sixth and seventh day, you can repeat any menu except the day five.
