1 lean steak with red peppers or tomato sauce
1 piece of fruit or custard

Friday:

Spinach with leeks
Roast chicken with red peppers or breasts with potatoes
Burgos cheese with quince

Saturday:

Paella, pasta, legume with vegetables or vegetables with potato
1 roast apple or Burgos cheese with quince

Sunday:

Mixed salad or fish soup or Russian salad
Beef or roasted turkey or in sauce with mashed or turkey or steak with potatoes
Fruit Macedonia and or roasted apple

Snack

1 sandwich with ham or yogurt

DINNER

Vegetable with potatoes or assorted salad
Ham omelette
Fruit or yogurt or custard

Wednesday:

Varied salad or julienne soup
1 burger with red peppers or salad or potatoes or escalope
Burgos fruit or cheese

Thursday:

Varied vegetables or salad
Potato omelette
1 Burgos fruit or cheese piece

Friday:

Julian soup or carrot cream
Chicken breast with tomato or peppers
Fruit or yogurt

Saturday:

Baked mushroom or assorted vegetable
1 egg with turkey sausages and peppers
Burgos fruit or cheese
Sunday:
Vegetable puree
Serrano ham or cold turkey or battered fish
Fruit and cheese
