The pizza diet will allow you to lose1 Kg in just2 days.

For diet functions you need to take at least 2 litres of water day-to-day and exercise every day. You must at least Walk 1 time every day.

The pizza diet is designed to be carried out during 2 days. Keep in mind that prolonging this diet can be detrimental to your health due to its deficiencies.
The food and dinner of this diet are Interchangeable, you can eat them as it appears on the diet or exchange the menus.

You should start the diet by fasting a grapefruit or orange juice. Once you have taken the juice, it's recommended that you do one 10 minutes of physical exercise, for example, Walk.

BREAKFAST AND SNACK

  • Tea, coffee or any other infusion
  • Two slices of toasted wholemeal bread with unsealed cheese or dietary jam. In the snack you can replace the bread with a skimmed yogurt.

FOOD

  • A vegetable broth
  • Two servings of tomato pizza with vegetables (it is recommended to use spinach, onions, eggplants and mushrooms)
  • A roast apple

DINNER

  • Vegetable stock
  • A small portion of pasta, like noodles with tomato sauce.
  • A piece of fruit, it is recommended that it be an orange and should wait an hour once dinner is over to eat it.
