Description of the diet:

150 GR. fresh fruit
Dinner:
1 egg water
200 GR. of cooked whiting or
150 GR. hake cooked or iron
125 GR. rice pudding
WEDNESDAY

Mid morning:
2 pieces of fruit

200 GR. of vegetable stew
150 GR. fillet of beef grilled with
