Arrange all the ingredients and utensils on the kitchen table. You turn on the oven at moderate temperature (180 "C). Grease the pan with oil and cut a sheet of waxed paper that covers the entire base and walls of the mold. Greases paper also.
Enter the chocolate and butter in a pot and heat them to a simmer, stirring, until they melt. Remove the fire from the heat and allow to cool 2 minutes.
Stir in the sugar and pecans and stir until the ingredients are well mixed. Add the eggs and remix. Sift flour, add it to the mixture and stir it all right.
Pour into the prep-rado pan and bake 30 minutes, until the dough is firm. To check it, press in the center with the back of a spoon.
When the cake has cooled, unmould it on a wooden board and cut it into dice. Sprinkle over the top with icing sugar.
