  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g of plain bird
  • 280 g flour
  • 70 g sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
On the other hand
  • 5 sachets of vanilla powder
  • 1/2 Cup of powdered sugar
  1. Blanch the almonds, Peel and chop, sting the hazelnuts too. Sift the flour onto a smooth surface, pour over the almonds and hazelnuts, sugar, Salt, the cold butter in pieces and egg yolks and knead everything until you get a broken dough.
  2. Leave the dough wrapped in aluminium foil during 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat oven to 190 degrees. Form with the dough bars the thickness of a pencil, cut them into pieces of 5 cm long and arch these to form the bowls.
  4. Cook during 10 minutes at medium oven height until they add a golden color.
  5. Mix the vanilla powder with the powdered sugar and overturn the bowls when they are still hot.
