Ingredients
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g of nougat dough
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sachet of vanilla powder
  • a salt knife tip
  • 300 g flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
On the other hand
  • 50 g of fatty chocolate bath
Instructions
  1. Knead the butter well. the softest possible, with the nougat. Add the egg, vanilla and salt and mix everything well.
  2. Sift the flour with the hard cam and gradually add to the dough of nougat. Form a ball with the dough and let sit wrapped in aluminium foil during 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat oven to 180 degrees. Form with the dough a long and thin rounded bar and cut it into 40 pieces of some 6 length cm
  4. Make with these small pieces bowls and place them on a baking sheet. Cook at medium height during 10-15 minutes, until they acquire a light brown tone.
  5. Carefully remove the bowls from the tray with the help of a wide knife and leave to cool on a rack.
  6. Melt the chocolate bath in the water bath and I took the tips of the bowls into it. Leave the chocolate bath to cool well on a rack before storing the pastas.
