Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 200 g of nougat dough
- 1 egg
- 1 sachet of vanilla powder
- a salt knife tip
- 300 g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
On the other hand
- 50 g of fatty chocolate bath
Instructions
- Knead the butter well. the softest possible, with the nougat. Add the egg, vanilla and salt and mix everything well.
- Sift the flour with the hard cam and gradually add to the dough of nougat. Form a ball with the dough and let sit wrapped in aluminium foil during 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Heat oven to 180 degrees. Form with the dough a long and thin rounded bar and cut it into 40 pieces of some 6 length cm
- Make with these small pieces bowls and place them on a baking sheet. Cook at medium height during 10-15 minutes, until they acquire a light brown tone.
- Carefully remove the bowls from the tray with the help of a wide knife and leave to cool on a rack.
- Melt the chocolate bath in the water bath and I took the tips of the bowls into it. Leave the chocolate bath to cool well on a rack before storing the pastas.
