  • 100 g raw marzipan mass
  • 50 g grated peeled almonds
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 40 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid cream
  • salt and ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch each

  • 1 tablespoon of kirsch
  • 1 guided applesauce Cup
  • 3/8 l of liquid cream
  • 40 g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips

  3. Wrap hot pancakes, even in the oven, in the form of cones. Mix the kirsch with cherry compote. Assemble the cream with the sugar and fill with it the cones halfway through the manga pastry.
  4. Put on cream 1 tablespoon of jam into each Cone and form a rosette of cream over. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
