Ingredients
  • 1/2 Kg of prawns (to be possible fresh, also frozen are valid).
  • 1/2 Onion.
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 Egg
Instructions
  1. Start peeling the shrimp and chopping them into small pieces. We will then proceed in the same way with the onion. Put a little oil in a frying pan to heat and when it is hot add the onion. When the onion is "golden brown" we add the prawns and the FRY with the onion.
  2. Then, Add two tablespoons of flour and tostaremos it with the sauce. Toasted once, We will just have to gradually add milk and stir, until a homogeneous mass and the desired thickness of the béchamel sauce (Remember that the secret of a good croquettes, resides in the bechamel).
