Ingredients
  • 500 g of carrots
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 4 cups of vegetable stock
  • oregano
  • oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel the carrots and sliced cortarlas. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. You sauté the carrots and mushrooms in a saucepan with oil 10 minutes.
  2. Pour the vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes. Blend in the blender and season with a little oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle cream with a little oregano and serve.
