Ingredients
  • 2 cans of white asparagus of 250 GR.
  • 3 leaves of gelatine
  • 1 Tin of cream for cooking the milk or 200 GR. cream
  • 1 big milk "Ideal" boat
  • 200 GR. water
  • 300 GR. ice
  • 2 and 1/2 stock of poultry or salt pills
  • 3 eggs sliced speed 3 and ½ (to decorate)
  • 1 ripe diced avocado (to decorate)
  • chopped chives (to decorate)
Instructions
  1. Put the gelatine soak in cold water.
  2. Pour into the bowl with the concrete water or salt and schedule 3 minutes, temperature 70, speed 2.
