Ingredients
- 2 cans of white asparagus of 250 GR.
- 3 leaves of gelatine
- 1 Tin of cream for cooking the milk or 200 GR. cream
- 1 big milk "Ideal" boat
- 200 GR. water
- 300 GR. ice
- 2 and 1/2 stock of poultry or salt pills
- 3 eggs sliced speed 3 and ½ (to decorate)
- 1 ripe diced avocado (to decorate)
- chopped chives (to decorate)
Instructions
- Put the gelatine soak in cold water.
- Pour into the bowl with the concrete water or salt and schedule 3 minutes, temperature 70, speed 2.
- Add well drained gelatin and mix 20 seconds to speed 4.
- Add the rest of ingredients (least the decorate), including the asparagus liquid and schedule 2 minutes to speed 9.
- Try salt and rectify if necessary.
- Pass through Chinese or colander to avoid possible strands of asparagus. Serve very cold, with the bits of egg and avocado, sprinkled with chives.
- The cream can be enriched, adding 150 GR. cooked and peeled prawns, When it comes to serve.
