Ingredients
- 2 large very ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 30 GR. French onions or onion running
- 50 GR. dry sherry
- 30 GR. butter
- 1 concentrated meat or chicken stock cube
- 1 "Bovril" scoop (gravy)
- 300 or 400 GR. good broth or water
- 500 ml. milk
- 100 or 200 ml. cream
- salt and white pepper
Instructions
- Peel avocados and cut into pieces by spraying them with lemon juice so no rust and black.
- Put the onions in the glass (or onions) and butter. Schedule 2 or 3 minutes, temperature 100, speed 2 and ½.
- Then add the Sherry to the same speed and temperature earlier and schedule 1 minute to evaporate the alcohol.
- Now add the avocados, the stock cube, the bovril, Salt, pepper and water; blend very well in cold to an average speed, even reaching the maximum up to get a cream very thin.
- Now add the milk and the cream by mixing already only at minimum speed.
- If you put good chicken broth it is preferable to the pill. We offer tablet should be careful with the salt.
Notes
- This cream can be served putting in each cup of avocado or cooked chicken breast chunks.
