Ingredients
  • 4 sugar beets
  • 1 Tin evaporated milk
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 Cup milk cream
  • parsley leaves
  • 2 CDAS. cornstarch
  • 6 1/4 cups of water
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Blend the beets with water cups. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour this mixture into a saucepan and cook on medium heat during 10 minutos.disuelva the cornstarch in the 6 cups of water and add the cream.
