Ingredients
- 4 sugar beets
- 1 Tin evaporated milk
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 Cup milk cream
- parsley leaves
- 2 CDAS. cornstarch
- 6 1/4 cups of water
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Blend the beets with water cups. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour this mixture into a saucepan and cook on medium heat during 10 minutos.disuelva the cornstarch in the 6 cups of water and add the cream.
- Add evaporated milk and stir. Serve hot. Drizzle with the cream and garnish with the parsley leaves.
