Ingredients
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, medium
  • 1 1/2 Lt. milk
  • 90 GR. cream cheese
  • 3 CDAS. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 stick of butter (45 Gr.)
  • 2 CDAS. flour
  • powdered chicken bouillon, to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Crumble a little lettuce to fill a cup and reserve. Hot butter, browned flour and onion in the butter over low heat. Blend the remaining lettuce and cheese cream with milk. Pour the liquid into the flour and onion mixture.
  2. Season with the bouillon powder, salt and pepper and let that give a boil. Serve and garnish with shredded lettuce.
