  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 8 clean shrimp
  • 1 Cup fish broth
  • 1 Cup dry white wine
  • 1 Cup milk cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Dry pasta, to taste
  1. Chop the onions and sauté in a pan with corn oil, until they are transparent. Add the prawns, the fish stock, wine, salt and pepper, Cook 5 minutes to reduce.
  2. Incorporate the milk cream, Cook 5 more minutes. Cook the pasta to the dente and serve with shrimp sauce.
