Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
- 8 clean shrimp
- 1 Cup fish broth
- 1 Cup dry white wine
- 1 Cup milk cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Dry pasta, to taste
Instructions
- Chop the onions and sauté in a pan with corn oil, until they are transparent. Add the prawns, the fish stock, wine, salt and pepper, Cook 5 minutes to reduce.
- Incorporate the milk cream, Cook 5 more minutes. Cook the pasta to the dente and serve with shrimp sauce.
