Ingredients
  • 400 g of pumpkin
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 50 g Virgin olive oil
  • 150 g of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Half a litre of water (500 g)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 6 low-fat cheese
Instructions
  1. Peel the squash and potatoes. Remove the pumpkin seeds. Cut the squash and potatoes.
