  • 100 g of toasted hazelnuts
  • 100 g of onions
  • 100 g leeks
  • 20 g flour
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 DL of oil
  • 150 g of milk cream
  • 1 medium potato
  • 3 vegetable broth dl
  • 7 DL water
  1. Cut the onions and leeks very small. Put the oil and butter in a scoop and, when they're hot, rehome to simmer the chopped, letting it cook for the space of some 20 minutes.
  2. Add the potato, thinly cut and let it dome a little.
  3. Sprinkle with flour, spray with water and cook, covered and simmered, for some 15 minutes.
  4. Pass it through the electric mixer.
  5. Add hazelnuts, previously chopped, broth and cream. Cook some 10 more minutes.
  6. Serve cold, in cups of broth . It's also delicious hot.
