  • 4 teaspoons salt

  • 4-6 pounds of rib of beef for roasting
  • 1-2 horseradish cream cups

  5. It passes the rib to a cutting table, cover it with foil, Let rest for 15 minutes before cutting it, cut and serve with horseradish cream.
