Ingredients
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1.1/2 tablespoon of instant espresso
  • 1.1/4 tablespoon of black pepper ground coarsely

  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of crushed thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoon of crushed oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 tablespoon of ground celery or celery seed
  • 1 spoonful of olive oil
  • 4-6 pounds of rib of beef for roasting
  • 1-2 horseradish cream cups
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F, in a small bowl, mix the salt, mustard, espresso coffee, pepper, garlic, the dust of onion, cilantro, oregano, the thyme and celery seeds, mix it very well, and leave it aside.

  5. It passes the rib to a cutting table, cover it with foil, Let rest for 15 minutes before cutting it, cut and serve with horseradish cream.
