Lamb in sauce malbec



*Costillar de cordero 1kg
*Olive oil infused in smoked pepper 50 CC
*Sal entrena c/n

*Hongos portobello 4 a
*Salsa Malbec especiada 50 CC.

*Chutney Negro

Marinar el cordero en aceite infusionado en ají ahumado y reservar en heladera durante 1 hs. Precalentar el horno y cocinar el cordero por 30 minutes. Remove and set aside. En una sartén caliente colocar la salsa malbec, incorporar el cordero y laquearlo por todos sus lados, salar a gusto. Servir con chutney negro.
