Ingredients
  • 250 g butter
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g de almendras sin pelar molidas
  • 350 g flour
On the other hand
  • 80 medium peeled almonds
Instructions
  1. Batir la mantequilla con el azúcar en polvo tamizada y 1 egg yolk. Agregar las almendras molidas y la harina tamizada y trabajar todo enseguida hasta conseguir una masa quebrada consistente.
  2. Formar una bola con la masa y dejarla reposar envuelta en papel de aluminio o papel barba durante 2 hours in the refrigerator. Heat oven to 200 degrees.
  3. Spread the dough on a floured surface so that it has 1/2 cm de espesor y cortar 40 hearts. Colocar éstos sobre la bandeja del horno, batir la segunda yema, pintar con ella los corazones y colocar 2 medias almendras encima de cada corazón.
