Ingredients
- 4 to 6 red conger medallions (200 GRS. c/u).
- 3/4 cup of shredded cheese
- 250 GRS. fresh cream
- 3 or 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- Oregano
- 1/2 small glass of white wine
- Salt
Instructions
- Adobar the medallions with the lemon juice, Salt, oregano and wine. Let stand 1/2 hour or so.
- Then the juice is strained and saved.
- The medallions are placed in a buttered fountain.
- You whisk the cream and add the grated cheese and some of the conger juice.
- This milkshake is emptied over the medallions and taken to the clogged oven of 4 to 5 minutes to the 100%.
- It is taken out of the oven and the medallions are bathed with the sauce so that they are well covered.
- They are brought back to the oven during 3 o 4 minutes to the 100%.
- Let stand covered 2 o 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- All times are for microwave of 1000 Watts. If you have less, It's okay. Just increase the times and check the cooking
