Cover with aluminum foil an elongated mold. Melt the mass of nougat bath with milk chocolate. Add almonds, pistachios, the candied lemon rind, chopped cherries and kirsch.
Insert the dough in the mold. smooth and let it solidify in the refrigerator. Melt the dark chocolate to bath. Remove the already consistent mass of mould, cover all around with the chocolate coating and let dry.
Cut the bar into slices of 1/2 cm thick before serving.
