Ingredients
- 1 Cup water
- 3 tablespoons black tea
- 50 g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g powdered sugar
- the bark of 1/2 grated orange
- 300 g chocolate block
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
For mold
- Aluminum foil or beard paper
Instructions
- Line a square or rectangular base pan with aluminum foil or beard paper. Boil the water and brew the black tea with it. Quitting Tea 3 Minutes in the water, Remove and let cool.
- Beat the butter with the egg yolks and the sifted powdered sugar until you get a foamy dough. Add the grated orange peel. Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie.
- Add the iced tea and melted chocolate to the butter and sugar batter and let it solidify a bit.
- Spread the chocolate dough on the foil or beard paper so that it has a few 2 cm thick and allow to solidify in the refrigerator.
- Once the dough is solid, cut into squares of 3 cm and pass them through cocoa powder.
