Baked Cauliflower

Cauliflower is one of vegetables rich in nutrients but not as appreciated as it should be, and it is also a versatile vegetable that is already cooked like salad which as pure and now we bring you this recipe for Baked Cauliflower, a delicious way to take a rich dish that also gives us lots of vitamins and minerals, and it is fast.

Baked Cauliflower
  1. 1 cauliflower, cumin, salt to taste, olive oil, pepper to taste, lemon, cheese Gratin.
  1. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and wash very well until they are clean. Place these chunks in boiling water during 20 minutes, or until they are tender.
