  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 75 GR. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 liter of white sauce (Béchamel), Thick
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg, to taste
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  1. Separate healthy leaves from cauliflower, wash them and place them at the bottom of the pan with water and salt. Place the flowers of the cauliflower above, cover and boil until soft. Drain the leaves and chop them, sauté them with half the butter, season them and set aside them hot. With the rest of the butter, rehogar the flowers of the cauliflower, drain them, bathe them with the lemon juice and place them in the center of a circular dish, surrounded by the leaves swirled in butter. Bathing with hot white sauce, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cut hard-boiled eggs into wedges and garnish.
