Ingredients
  • 6 buds of lettuce
  • 1 tub of ricotta cheese
  • 1 latita anchovy
  • Oil
  • Ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the buds and leaves ugly clean. Wash them under running water.
  2. Cut very small anchovies and mix them with ricotta cheese.
  3. Put the mixture on the halves of the buds.

Notes
