Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 Cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Combine butter with 1/2 Cup water. Stir over heat until the butter dissolves and add salt. Add all the flour and beat with a wooden spoon until this all even (about two minutes). Out of the fire and let cool.
  2. Add eggs, one by one, beating the dough after adding each egg. Add vanilla and keep beating until the mixture is shiny.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in deep Fryer (at least an inch and a half deep) up to the 380 degrees Fahrenheit. It serves the mass with a bag to decorate cakes, using a half-inch nozzle. Cut the dough every two inches until you drop into the hot oil. FRY until golden brown, and then leave to drain on paper towels.
  4. Revuelvelos in a bowl with the sugar and cinnamon.
