  • 4 lamb chops in 2 cm thick (shoulder)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 latita whole tomatoes
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper.
  1. Salt and pepper the meat and Brown it on both sides for about three minutes with butter (or oil). Book it.
  2. Add the crushed garlic, Basil, oregano, the whole tomatoes salt and pepper. Also can add you a teaspoon of Provençal herbs, to taste.
  3. Let thicken for about twenty minutes and then attach the lamb and cook a few more minutes until the meat is about to.
  • Decorate with basil leaves and serve with boiled potatoes or white rice but the typical bread "baguette" should be perfectly.
