  • 1 Kg. baby squid
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • flour
  • 1/2 vasico conc
  • 1/2 glass of wine white
  1. Clean the squid and book bags of ink.
  2. FRY a little minced ham. Chop the legs, the fins and the hard boiled egg. Mix with ham and fill the squid.
  3. Pass them through flour and FRY.
  4. In an earthenware pot FRY simmer the garlic and the onion very picadicos, until it is transparent.
  5. Crush the bags in a mortar and add them 1/2 litre of water.
  6. Put the squid in the casserole and add the ink, white wine and brandy.
  7. Season with salt and leave to cook over low heat until they are tender.
  8. They are served in clay pot decorated with fried bread croutons.
