  • 1 Ciabatta bread
  • A heart of lettuce
  • Strips of bacon
  • Mushrooms or mushrooms to taste
  • 1 tooth of garlic chopped
  • Oil, pepper, Salt, ground ginger and parsley
  • Sliced cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  1. Saute the mushrooms with chopped garlic, Ginger powder and parsley, Optionally you can add a bit of spring onion
