Ingredients
- - 4 dozens of black shells
- - 1 Spoon of minced garlic
- - 1 minced onion
- - 6 AJI limo (Green yellow red)finely chopped
- - 16 lemons
- - 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- - Salt
- - Pepper white
- - Ajinomoto
- - 2 sweet corn
- - 1 Cup cancha mountain
Instructions
- You open the shells one to an echandolas in a bowl with their juices.
- Add the juice of the lemons, Chili Peppers, garlic, cilantro and season to taste.
- Add the chopped onion
Notes
